Servai is a project born out of frustration. After dealing with poor internet service and calling customer support over five times without a resolution, I realized there had to be a better way. That's when the idea for Servai came to me – an automated call system that could streamline customer service operations.
At the heart of Servai is a well-trained local language model (LLM) that processes and understands user speech in real time. When a user interacts with Servai over a phone call, their spoken input is captured and fed into the LLM. The system then analyzes the speech, comprehends the user's intent, and formulates an appropriate response. This response is converted into natural-sounding audio output, which is played back to the user, providing them with the information or assistance they need.
Servai's advanced speech recognition and natural language processing capabilities enable it to handle a wide range of queries, from simple informational requests to more complex problem-solving tasks. It's a versatile and efficient solution that has the potential to revolutionize modern customer service needs.
